KSIU Welcomes the Secretary of the Council of National Private Universities
During the fourteenth meeting of the Board of Trustees of KSIU, headed by Professor Muhammad Abdul Hamid Shaira, KSIU received Professor Dr. Maher Mesbah, Secretary of the Council of Private Universities, in the presence of Professor Dr. Ashraf Saad Hussein, President of the University and the members of the Council at the university’s headquarters in the city of Tur Sinai.
The Board of Trustees of KSIU, headed by Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel Hamid Shaira, congratulated Professor Dr. Maher Mesbah on assuming the position of Secretary of the Council of Private Universities and assuming responsibility, wishing him success.
In his speech, Professor Dr. Maher Mesbah thanked the members of the Board of Trustees and the university administration. His Excellency also praised the achievements that had been achieved. His Excellency also stressed the importance and status of KSIU due to its location in the governorate. South Sinai, where the university is one of the national projects that the political leadership attaches great importance to as one of the tributaries of development in the Sinai region.
His Excellency referred to the development role of KSIU and its influence on the surrounding community to achieve integration and cooperation with all institutions in South Sinai Governorate, noting that the university is an addition to the system of higher education and scientific research in Egypt and the Arab world, praising the university’s joining of the alliance of universities in the Canal Region and Sinai. To determine its needs and vision in light of this alliance.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ashraf Saad Hussein, President of the University, thanked and appreciated Professor Dr. Secretary of the Council of Private Universities and the members of the Council. His Excellency stressed the university’s constant and continuous keenness to develop the components of the university.
