The Faculty of Medicine at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire a full-time, faculty member at the rank of Lecturer/ Assistant Professor The candidates must hold A Ph.D./M.D. in Community/ Family Medicine The applicant must have an excellent command of English language and excellent use of computers in teaching. Recent international publications, community service, international outreach, administrative experience, and participating in funded projects are preferred. This position will begin on September 1, 2024. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. 

The responsibilities for this position include the following: Teaching (2-3 courses/semester), student advising, research and creative activities, clinical service and cooperative extension, and administrative duties. Teaching responsibilities include time spent in the classroom, laboratory, or telecommunications courses and in immediate preparation for them; maintaining and improving competence in subjects being taught; preparing teaching materials; conferring with students on course materials; reviewing written examinations and papers; evaluating presentations and supervising independent study projects.
