KSIU Launches “100 Days of Sports” as Part of the “Bidaya” Initiative

King Salman International University (KSIU) has launched the “100 Days of Sports” as part of the “Bidaya” initiative, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical activities among students and faculty members. This initiative aligns with the university’s vision of making sports an essential part of daily life and raising awareness about the importance of physical fitness.

The event has seen great participation from students, featuring various sports competitions such as football, basketball, and swimming, along with workshops on healthy nutrition and fitness.

The university president expressed his pleasure with the initiative, stating: “Through the ‘Bidaya’ initiative and the ‘100 Days of Sports’ event, we aim to foster a sporting spirit among our students and help them adopt healthy habits that will enhance their academic and personal lives.”

The initiative will run for 100 days and will include a range of activities catering to the interests of all participants, with a strong focus on promoting sports culture and improving both physical and mental health.
