KSIU Signs Cooperation Protocol with the Egyptian Space Agency
In a strategic move to bolster scientific research and innovation in the space sector, King Salman International University (KSIU) has signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Space Agency. The agreement was formalized by Prof. Ashraf Saad Hussein, President of KSIU, and Prof. Sherif Sedky, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency, during a ceremony attended by Prof. Mohamed Abdel Hamid Shaira, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, alongside senior university leaders and officials from the space agency.
This collaboration is a key milestone in enhancing the university’s research and educational capabilities in space sciences and related engineering fields. The protocol outlines a range of joint activities, including:
