KSIU Celebrates Abdelrahman Hisham and Omar Adeeb as Sustainability Ambassadors
King Salman International University (KSIU) proudly congratulates Abdelrahman Hisham, a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, and Omar Adeeb, a third-year student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, for earning the title of “Sustainability Ambassadors” after completing all stages of the “Be an Ambassador” initiative.
The “Be an Ambassador” initiative, launched by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in collaboration with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, aims to build national capacities through intensive sustainability training across 35 courses. The program concludes with a final assessment, a TOT (Training of Trainers) module, and field visits to observe sustainability applications in Egypt, such as a visit to the SEKEM project.
