1. FACULTY POSITIONS – Computer Science
The Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (Computer Science Program and Artificial Intelligence Science Program) at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire full- or part-time faculty members at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The candidates must hold A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field from a highly reputable university. Areas of special interest are: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Engineering, Big Data Analytics. At least 3 years of teaching experience after Ph.D. is preferable. The applicant must have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to use Information technology in teaching. This position will begin on Feb. 1st, 2025. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The responsibilities for this position include the following: teaching (3-4 courses / semester), student advising, research and creative activities, service and cooperative extension, and administrative responsibilities. Teaching responsibilities include time spent in the classroom, laboratory, or online courses and in preparation for them; maintaining and improving competence in subjects being taught; preparing teaching materials; conferring with students on course materials; reviewing written examinations and papers; evaluating presentations and supervising independent study and graduation projects.

The Faculty of Engineering (Communication Engineering Program) at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking hire full-time teaching assistants. Candidates who hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering, or a closely related field will be preferred, fresh graduate with Good GPA is also accepted. In addition, candidates prefer to have years of experience after the bachelors. The applicant must have an excellent command of the English language and excellent use of computers in teaching. The candidates must have knowledge and skills related to fundamentals of communication, analog and digital communication, electromagnetic wave, antenna propagation, communication networks, wireless communication, optical fiber, advanced communication systems, and related topics. The Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (Computer Science Program) at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking hire full-time teaching assistants. Candidates who hold a master’s degree in mathematics, or a closely related field will be preferred. In addition, candidates with at least 2 years of experience after the bachelor’s will be preferred. The applicant must have an excellent command of the English language and excellent use of computers in teaching. The candidates must have knowledge and skills related to all college mathematics topics, including Calculus, Discrete Math, Algebra, Linear Algebra, probability and statistics.
