KSIU Nursing Students Visit Civil Protection Department in El Tur
As part of King Salman International University’s ongoing efforts to equip students with practical skills and prepare them for real-world work in medical institutions, the Field of Nursing organized a field visit for 4th-year students to the Civil Protection Department in El Tur. The visit was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and the South Sinai Security Directorate.
Coordinated with officials from the Civil Protection Department, the visit included both theoretical and practical sessions. Students were introduced to the operations of civil protection teams and emergency response protocols. They also observed a live demonstration of modern firefighting equipment and took part in a simulated fire-extinguishing scenario using fire extinguishers.
This hands-on experience reflects the university’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive educational journey that bridges academic knowledge with practical training—empowering nursing students to confidently meet the demands of their future professional roles.
