KSIU Organizes Oral Health Awareness Convoy Under the Supervision of FDI
As part of King Salman International University’s commitment to community service and promoting oral health awareness, the Field of Dentistry organized an awareness convoy at Al-Fayrouz Medical Complex in South Sinai, in celebration of World Oral Health Day. The event was conducted under the supervision of the World Dental Federation (FDI).
The initiative took place under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Saad Hussein –KSIU President, and was supervised by Prof. Gilan El Gendy – Dean of the Field of Dentistry, along with Dr. Amr Idris, Dr. Fatma El-Sayed, and Dr. Asmaa Helmy, with the active participation of fourth- and fifth-year dentistry students.
The convoy featured educational activities focused on the importance of oral hygiene, in addition to free medical services including early detection, gum treatment, tooth extractions, and emergency restorations.
