KSIU Architecture Students Win Silver Medal at ILASA/IFLA Africa Conference in South Africa

As part of its commitment to promoting student excellence and innovation, King Salman International University proudly announces that Architecture students Esraa Hamdy, Shahd Mohamed, Yomna Adel, and Nouran Khaled won the Silver Medal and received distinguished recognition at the ILASA/IFLA Africa Conference, held in Pretoria, South Africa.

The award was granted for their pioneering project, “Mousa Therapeutic Ecolodge,” designed in Oyoun Mousa – El Tur. The project presents an innovative eco-tourism model that integrates modern architectural design with environmental sustainability, setting a benchmark for future eco-lodge developments.

This international achievement underscores the university’s commitment to equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to compete globally and contribute to sustainable development in their fields.
