KSIU Organizes an Awareness Seminar on “First Aid” at Sharm El Sheikh Campus
In line with King Salman International University’s commitment to promoting health awareness and enhancing medical knowledge among its students and community members, the Sharm El Sheikh Campus organized an awareness seminar titled “First Aid.” The seminar was delivered by Prof. Sherif Wagih Mansour, Professor at the Field of Medicine at the university.
During the seminar, Prof. Sherif presented the concept of first aid and highlighted its vital role in saving lives before reaching medical facilities. He explained the scientific foundations for dealing with emergency situations, the steps of initial assessment, and the essential procedures to be followed in critical circumstances. He emphasized the importance of equipping every individual with basic first aid skills due to their direct impact on protecting human life and ensuring personal safety.
The seminar witnessed wide participation and strong engagement from professors and students across various fields and programs at the Sharm El Sheikh Campus. Participants expressed their appreciation for the significance of such awareness activities, noting their value in enriching knowledge and supporting everyday life practices.
