KSIU Hosts Scientific Exhibition as Part of the International Conference on Nature Conservation and Genetic Resources
King Salman International University (KSIU) in Sharm El-Sheikh hosted a distinguished scientific exhibition as part of the International Conference on Nature Conservation and Genetic Resources – Achievements of the 2030 Strategy and Future Visions, held from 25 to 27 November 2025. The exhibition brought together leading researchers, research centers, and international organizations focused on environmental protection and sustainable development.
The exhibition aimed to enhance scientific interaction among experts from around the world and provide a platform to showcase cutting-edge research and innovations in the fields of biodiversity, climate change, water and energy management, and sustainable environmental solutions.
The exhibition featured numerous scientific posters and advanced research projects from prominent institutions, including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA), the National Research Center, Sidari Center, and several regional and international universities. It also included innovative projects in natural resource management, agricultural productivity enhancement, artificial intelligence in environmental protection, green architecture practices, and the revitalization of natural and cultural heritage.
KSIU students actively participated in the exhibition by presenting a selection of graduation projects across artistic, architectural, and engineering disciplines. Their work demonstrated high levels of creativity and innovative thinking, attracting significant attention and praise from participants and experts for offering modern solutions and design perspectives aligned with sustainability and resource conservation.
Participants from various countries expressed their appreciation for the exhibition, noting that it provided an important platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. The quality of the organization and the exhibition layout reflected KSIU’s professionalism and reinforced its role as a leading hub for hosting major scientific events, fostering collaboration among scientific institutions locally, regionally, and internationally, in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030 and the national sustainable development strategy.
