KSIU Basic Sciences’ First-Year Students Organize the 4th “Bio-Gate” Art and Science Exhibition
As part of its commitment to encouraging student activities and organizing workshops and art exhibitions that support the educational process, King Salman International University’s first-year students in the Field of Basic Sciences organized the fourth edition of the “Bio-Gate” Art and Science Exhibition.
The exhibition was held to achieve the learning objectives of the Biology courses for first-year students, providing them with the opportunity to apply the concepts and scientific points studied during the semester in a practical and creative way. This approach strengthens their understanding of scientific content and links theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The exhibition featured 3D models and scientific posters that reflected students’ grasp of biological concepts, as well as their ability to simplify and present them in an innovative artistic style that combines scientific accuracy with creative expression.
The “Bio-Gate” exhibition aims to develop students’ creative and aesthetic sensibilities, enhance their scientific thinking and teamwork skills, and support the targeted learning outcomes of the Biology courses, all within an interactive and stimulating educational environment that encourages innovation and experiential learning.
