KSIU Celebrates World Health Day Across Its Three Campuses
KSIU organized a series of activities to celebrate World Health Day on April 7 across its three campuses (Al-Tur, Sharm El Sheikh, and Ras Sudr). The events brought together students, faculty members, and administrative staff, reflecting the university’s commitment to promoting health awareness and encouraging a balanced, active lifestyle.
At the Al-Tur Campus, students participated in awareness sessions led by student clubs, highlighting the importance of physical and mental well-being. The activities also included various sports events and fitness exercises, creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
At the Sharm El Sheikh Campus, the celebration featured awareness sessions on the importance of movement and physical activity, along with practical demonstrations and sports competitions, concluding with a fast-walking activity.
Meanwhile, the Ras Sudr Campus focused on health education, with sessions covering smart nutrition and the risks of academic stimulants and their impact on health.
These activities reflect KSIU’s commitment to supporting student well-being and fostering a healthier, more active university community.
