KSIU Field of Dentistry Organizes “Graduate Day” for Its Second Graduating Class

King Salman International University (KSIU), represented by the Field of Dentistry, organized a “Graduate Day” event as part of its commitment to preparing academically and professionally qualified graduates ahead of the graduation of its second cohort.

Held under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Saad Hussein, President of KSIU, and the supervision of Prof. Jilan El-Gendy, Dean of the Field of Dentistry, the event targeted fifth-year students preparing to enter professional practice.

The seminar addressed several key topics related to the dental profession, including patient rights, dentists’ responsibilities, regulations governing professional practice, and medical liability law. These discussions aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the ethical and legal aspects of dentistry and prepare them for the realities of professional practice.

A highlight of the event was the medical oath ceremony, during which students donned their white coats in a symbolic moment reflecting their readiness to embrace the responsibilities of the profession.

The event concluded with a commemorative group photo featuring students and faculty members. Students also received motivational messages from the Dean and faculty members, emphasizing the importance of professional integrity, ethical responsibility, and continuous pursuit of excellence in the field of dentistry.

The initiative reflects KSIU’s ongoing commitment to preparing future healthcare professionals equipped with both academic knowledge and professional values.
