Beach Clean Up Day
The faculty of Tourism and Hospitality at King Salman International University, under the supervision of Dr. Ashraf Saad Hussein, President of the University, organized a day to clean the beach of Nabq Reserve, as it is one of the most important nature reserves in Egypt within the framework of linking the practical side with the academic side, in terms of achieving sustainability and community participation and in the application of the principles that were addressed In the decision on climate change and sustainability.
Students prepared three types of bags to collect waste and categorize its components into (plastic, metal and paper) to raise the level of environmental awareness and to launch more beach cleaning operations and preserve our green world.
