Advantages of the Program

The MBBCh program at KSIU adopts the latest medical education strategies applied in the international medical schools, which include:

• Competency-based education.
• Student-centred education.
• Problem-solving rather than memorization and recall.
• Integration of basic medical sciences courses in the pre-clerkship phase (first two and half years), thus reducing repetition and conflicting information.

The graduate attributes in King Salman International University were prepared according to the National Academic Reference Standards (NARS) 2017, where the medical graduate must:
