Mr. Khalid earned his MSc from Helwan University – Cairo, Egypt and is currently an Assistant Lecturer of Hotel and Resort Management Program at the Faculty of Tourism and hospitality, King Salman International University (KSIU).

Mr. Khalid current research interests are focused on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on guest personalization and satisfaction, The role of technology in enhancing guest experiences, The role of hospitality businesses in promoting environmental responsibility and Sustainable practices in hotel and restaurant operations (e.g., energy conservation, water management, waste reduction).
