Biography
Dr. Saber earned his Ph.D. from Helwan University, Egypt in 2018 and is currently an Associate Professor of Hospitality Management at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, King Salman International University (KSIU), with more than sixteen years of teaching experience.
Before joining KSIU, Dr. Saber worked as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Helwan University since 2023. He previously served as a Lecturer at the Hotel Management Department, Helwan University, from 2018 to 2023.
Additionally, Dr. Saber held the position of General Manager at Helwan University’s Guest House from 2019 to 2022 and worked as an Assistant Manager at the Educational Hotel, Helwan University, from 2018 to 2019. He also gained international experience as a Visiting Scholar at Virginia Tech University, USA, from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in his career, Dr. Saber worked as a Housekeeping GRA & Supervisor at Residence Inn-Marriott, Arlington, USA, from 2017 to 2018, and as an Instructor at the Hotel Management Department, Helwan University, from 2008 to 2018. His work experience also includes a position as a Project Assistant at the Un Punto Macrobiotic Institute in Italy in 2008 and as a participant in the College Summer Training at Taj Sheba Hotel, Sana’a, Yemen, in 2004.
Dr. Saber current research interests are focused on Environmental Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Tourism & Hospitality.
