Biography

Dr. Ahmed earned his PhD from The University of Glasgow, United Kingdom and is currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Faculty of Basic sciences, King Salman International University (KSIU), with more than four years of teaching experience.
Before joining KSIU, Dr. Ahmed has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Assiut (2007-2012) and Assistant Lecturer at the same department (2012-2015). He also served as a Tutor and Lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Glasgow (2015-2020). Additionally, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Assiut (2020-2021).

Dr. Ahmed current research interests are focused on mathematical modeling of drug delivery and cancer treatment utilizing thermal therapy, investigation of nanofluid flow as efficient heat transfer fluids and their applications in medicine and solving systems of partial differential equations employing various numerical and analytical methods.
