Ayman AbdElhamed

Dr. AbdElhamed earned his Ph.D. from Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt and is currently an Associate Professor of Structural Analysis at the Faculty of Engineering, King Salman International University (KSIU), with twenty-three years of teaching experience.

Before joining KSIU, Dr. AbdElhamed worked as the Physics and Engineering Mathematics Program Coordinator at the Egyptian Chinese University. He also held academic positions at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (Cairo, Smart Village, Aswan), Misr International University (MIU), and New Cairo Technological University. Additionally, he served as the Director of the Training and Human Development Unit at the Faculty of Engineering, Mataria – Helwan University.

Dr. AbdElhamed current research interests focus on Earthquake Engineering, Structural Dynamics, Numerical Modeling, Engineering Mechanics, Applied Mathematics, Dynamic Soil-Structure Interaction, Soil Dynamic, Foundation Design, Tunnels and Underground Structures.
