Biography
Dr. Mostafa earned his BSc from Cairo University, Egypt and is currently a Teaching Assistant of Meat Hygiene & Control at the Faculty of Veterinary, King Salman International University (KSIU), with two years of teaching experience.
Dr. Mostafa current research interests are focused on Meat Hygiene, Food Science and Food Microbiology.
