Reem Mabrouk Abd El Rahman

Prof. Mabrouk earned her Ph.D. from Egypt and is currently a Professor of Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, King Salman International University (KSIU), with twenty-six years of teaching experience.

Before joining KSIU, Prof. Mabrouk worked as the Vice Dean for Students and Learning Affairs at the Faculty of Nursing, Damanhur University (2019-2023). She also served as the Acting Head of the Nursing Administration Department at the Faculty of Nursing, Damanhur University (2015-2020). Additionally, she worked as a Professor of Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Damanhur University (2020-present), an Assistant Professor (2015-2020), and a Lecturer (2010-2015) in the same faculty.

Prof. Mabrouk current research interests focus on Nursing Administration, Management, Quality of Care, Leadership, Educational Strategies, Curriculum and Organizational Development.
