King Salman International University announces scholarships for the academic year 2022-2023

King Salman International University announces the provision of a number of scholarships to its students in various fields and academic programs during the academic year 2022-2023, they are as follows:

First: Scholarships for academic excellence (the student does not need to apply for it)

These scholarships are distributed according to the rules and conditions issued by the University’s Board of Trustees, and the student does not need to apply for these scholarships, as the eligible students are selected for these scholarships through the university’s databases.

Excellence Scholarships for students admitted to the university during their first academic year

These scholarships are intended for high school graduates from the Science, Mathematics, and Literary Divisions.

Excellence Award for the following years

These scholarships are for senior students (second and third-level students) according to their cumulative grade point average.

Second: Granting social support (the student needs to apply for it)

Eligible students for this scholarship are:

  • The student lost his family during the study, provided that he attends the courses regularly.
  • Sons of martyrs from (armed forces – police – white army martyrs and medical staff)
  • A student whose family was subjected to compelling circumstances that led to a lack of income while studying at the university.

Required Documents:

  • Copies of the national ID of the father and mother
  • Social Research Document
  • Family Provider’s death certificate
  • Any document supporting the case

 

Third: Grants offered by King Salman International University for the people of South Sinai (the student needs to apply for it)

Eligible students for this scholarship are:

  • The student must be born in South Sinai and have a high school diploma from a South Sinai school.
  • To be a diligent student known for good conduct and behavior.

Required Documents

  • Copy of national ID of the father, mother, and student
  • A copy of the high school diploma
  • Birth Certificate
  • Any document supporting the case

Fourth: Sports Excellence (the student needs to apply for it)

Eligible students for this scholarship are:

  • The student should have a medal in international competitions.
  • The student should have a medal in Arab and African competitions.

Required Documents

  • Copy of the national ID number of the father and mother
  • Original and copy of the certificate of winning the gold, silver, or bronze medal
  • Any document supporting the case

 Fifth: second-degree relatives (Sibling students)

Eligible students for this scholarship are:

  • The student who enrolls and his brother is still a student at the university or graduated from it.

Required Document

  • National ID copies
  • Photo of the university card for both of them
