Program Description
This program provides knowledge and skills related to the stages of the planning process (information gathering, analysis and planning for the future in the light of available resources), with a focus on the types of leadership and characteristics of the successful leader and the role of leadership in the success of the development.
The graduate should acquire a full understanding of all laws related to development projects. The program qualifies graduates to works in The Ministry of Planning, and Planning Departments in different ministries, international organizations, and NGOs.

- Deal with financial markets and financial institutions.
- Apply the concept of the time value of money and principles of capital budgets.
- Interpret the determinants of the financing structure of the organization.
- Measure and manage risks and build risk and return models.
- Understand the efficient market concept and its implications for the returns of securities.
- Apply investment portfolio theory.
- Evaluate programs, policies, and practices to coordinate the goals and general objectives of the organization at the local and international levels.
- Demonstrate basic functional skills, such as the ability to deal with others, the ability to integrate information about different functions, critical and creative thinking, self-evaluation, self-development, and leadership.
