KSIU Awarded 633 Scholarships during the Academic Year 2023-2024
Under the leadership of Professor Dr. Ashraf Saad Hussein, the KSIU president, 633 students have benefited from scholarships in various fields and programs offered by the university for the academic year 2023-2024.
The scholarships received by the students varied, with academic excellence scholarships leading the list. These scholarships are provided by the university, whether as full scholarships or partial scholarships with different discount percentages.
The distribution of these scholarships was carried out according to the rules and conditions approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, following the approval of the university’s board of trustees.
Additionally, the university offered a range of social support scholarships for its students and specific scholarships for the South Sinai Governorate youth.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by the Fund for the Care of Innovators and Geniuses, provided some of these scholarships in the fields of engineering, computer science, and basic sciences. Some businesses and national banks also contributed additional scholarships to support outstanding students.
