KSIU BoT Opens New Educational Facilities at the University

KSIU Board of Trustees (BoT) met under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel Hamid Shaira and in the presence of Professor Dr. Ashraf Saad Hussein, KSIU President, Professor Dr. Maher Mesbah, Secretary of the Council of Private Universities, and members of the University’s BoTs, at the university’s branch in the city of Tur Sinai.

During the meeting, Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel Hamid Shaira, BoT Chairman and the Council members opened several new educational and service facilities, which come within the framework of the university’s plan for continuous development and expansion of its components, in parallel with the efforts being made at the university to develop the level of educational services qualitatively. Student and research activities and the services the university provides to the surrounding community.

The tour included the opening of the medical and engineering sector headquarters and many educational annexes, such as the medical simulation centre, the electronic testing hall, the university centre for professional development, the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, and the gymnasium. The members of the BoT also reassured the progress of the educational process at the university for the academic year 2023-2024, praising its readiness. The university and its constant endeavour to provide distinguished educational services to students and keep pace with modern developments in all fields and activities within the university.

During its fourteenth session, the University’s BoT discussed many topics, as the Council congratulated His Excellency Major General Khaled Fouda for obtaining a doctorate in national strategic philosophy. The Council also discussed the University’s achievements during the academic year 2022-2023 and the strategic and future plan, as well as accepting students for the year. University 2023-2024, and approved the detailed results of the scholarship committee offered by the university, from which more than 649 students benefit and many other topics.
